Acting as the general contractor, RJW Stonemasons was responsible for coordinating historic slate roofing replacement as well as the restoration of wood windows and doors with subcontractors. RJW Stonemasons was also responsible for the masonry restoration component of the project. This consisted of extensive cleaning, rake out and repointing as well as stone repair, replacement, rebuilding and consolidation. All work was performed while the building was occupied.

Phase 4 of this restoration project was completed by RJW–Gem Campbell Stonemasons Inc.
